The service
Vyber is an iOS app plus a Mac companion that relays state from AI coding agents running on your machines to your phone — permission prompts, questions, finished diffs, session status — and relays your decisions back. Vyber is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vyber.
Your account and your responsibility
You need an account to sync devices. Keep it to yourself: anyone with your Vyber account can approve agent actions on your paired Macs. You're responsible for what your agents do — Vyber transmits your approvals; it doesn't judge them. Review what you're approving, especially destructive commands.
Subscriptions
Vyber Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Current prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings, and Pro stays active until the period ends. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. In-app purchases are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vyber to control machines you aren't authorized to control, don't attempt to access other users' data, don't probe or overload the service, and don't abuse the waitlist, support channel, or APIs. We can suspend accounts that do.
Warranties, or the lack of them
Vyber is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Burn estimates are best-effort and can be wrong; notifications can be delayed by iOS, your network, or a sleeping Mac. Don't rely on Vyber as the only safeguard on an agent that can do damage — permission prompts still appear in your terminal either way.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account any time in the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, disputes) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER — Fatih to confirm jurisdiction], excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We'll email account holders about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
